A Public Service Announcement...

My heart stopped when I read this at A Secret Freak's Blog;  for those that aren't regular readers, I figure I would put this up for those that may read: "The World is a Playground" blog:

I have some news, about a fellow blogger. I do not know who might already know about this, but I am going to share anyway.

Colly, The World is a Playground, was in a terrible motorcycle accident.

I had emailed him to check on his whereabouts and the following is a return email from him.

I was in a motorcycle accident and was in the hospital for a little
while, I'm more or less immobile, and bed ridden right now. I am
almost completely dependent on my wife at the moment so it's next to
impossible for me to use the computer without her near me.

Be sure to keep him in your thoughts, I will pass along any more information, as I get it.

Also, I will forward all of your comments to him. I am sure he will be appreciative of all thoughts, prayers and comments..

But given the nature of our respective blogs, the odds are quite high that his spouse doesn't know about the blog...so use your own judgement, until he gets better, but I would request that people casually mention this on their respective blogs.

Additionally, this would point out that there are a number of reasons why we may not post for for a period of time, or stop altogether.
