The night before....the nerves begin.

The time for the party is close, but I will tell you about it after the fact.

But the nerves are already there.  I have peppered this entire region with ads.
I decided to make this into a two day event.  Starfish is thrilled and nervous about the whole thing.
Seems like the men, for the most part have been fairly well behaved, no overt "douche'-ness".  The same thing can't be said for Starfish, though.  Her ads seem to have been a total magnet for that species of guy.

So far spunky is also supposed to show up, as of right now the tally is the following:

2 girls and about 8 guys.  Here's to hoping I don't wind up with another threesome again. :(

The final 48*

48 hours from now,  I will be just landing at the super secret location on a partial mission to have a nice little party.
For the next two days, I will be even more busy than usual since I have things I need to take care of, things to buy and prepare for.
The final emails are being prepared and the confirmations need to be sent out.
So far, the weather here has taken a bit of a turn with it being in the 60's, the first time in over 9 months it's been this cold, and as a typical Southerner, I welcome the cold, but I want it a BIT warmer.  It's unfortunate that I will be heading towards a colder climate and I hope my trusty trench coat will keep wind at bay.

One other "Task" that needs to be done is for me to complete my date with Katygirl for an opera.  FF can't make it due to previous obligations, but was quite cool with it.
We shall see.

Seems that Starfish is sitting on pins and needless in our pending meeting/gangbang.
regardless of what happens, it should prove to be an interesting next few days.

*That is a nod to a blogger friend that has disappeared, I do miss you.

The world turned Grey

I've been running like mad for several weeks, so crazy as a matter of fact, poor starfish had to take up the slack on doing things for the upcoming party
For the first time, we sat back and watched tv "together" in a Grey's Anatomy marathon while we both did laundry.

We had different reasons for watching Grey's; My poor TiVo has been running at the brim with multiple episodes of several series I've been running to the point that it was getting full.  She hasn't had a chance to watch it because of her schedule for the most part, but for some reason, felt motivated when I mentioned MY little marathon.

After several hours of doing this (and she also did her share of laundry), she made the comment how we are sad couple of people to be doing this on a Sunday.

The only response I could muster was:

"Simple. It's what we need."

She readily agreed.
Sometimes we simply get so busy running around in our lives trying to do so much, we just need to breathe.

Excuse me now, I have another load to do.

Party updates, frustrations, and realizations...

Not too long ago, Starfish and I have made three crucial decisions:
  • When.
  • Where.
  • What kind of party.
The where and when is something I'll let Starfish reveal in due time, but to be honest with you, I'm ITCHING to let you know.  Believe it or not, I enjoy throwing Bi-Parties.
As I may have explained before, Bi parties are generally more successful and easier to put together because even if no women show up, the men can all have some fun.*  In this case however, to be totally honest, Starfish has a strong indication will attend the party.**

As it currently stands, she seems to be doing quite a bit of the workload when it comes to the various ads, screenings, and emails and putting people at ease.
It seems that she has come to understand why I only throw these parties together semi-regularly, but also seems to know the fun and frustrations of doing so.
There seems to be an added benefit of her potentially finding a female playmate before and after the party, but there seems to be some red flags that we talked about.  Of course people that initially seem to be flaky might surprise you in the end, but it's better to have your guard up and be pleasantly surprised than to be crushed for not seeing it ahead of time.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I guess I better get creative and post a few more ads.

*except me, being the straight one.  But I just have fun throwing them. go fig.
**Not doubting her NOT showing up, but stuff happens. Either way, the party will continue.

Shopping List

I need to replace the bag that I lost back in August, which represented a serious loss ropes, dildos, lubes, plugs, rope, blindfolds, clothespins, a couple of clamps, two paddles (rarely used them), and assorted items.

There has been an unexpected development, which I will share with you in the future, that necessitated for me to hurry up and replace items that can be easily transported and it won't be TOO heavy.

This is my "To do" list on what to buy:

A pair of nipple clamps.
1 Dildo with suction cup.
1 Ordinary Dildo.
1 Vibrator/ing Dildo.
2 anal plugs.
1 Ball gag.
Assorted foot and hand restraints.
50 ft of nylon rope.
1 pussy hand pump   Check!

1 clit hand pump.
1 (2?) nipple pump(s).
Several to be named medical equipments.

So far, I think this is going to weight about 25 lbs...maybe 30.
Give or take, it looks like I will be hitting every leather shop and adult bookstore in the city.  I hate buying toys online, I like to hold the item. :)
I'm hoping that this will be able to be "travel friendly" if I take away a few items for flying, but I doubt it.
Anyone has any suggestions for this?

I'm also open to toy suggestions as well. :)

Puppy love poll

The poll itself was quite intriguing in its results.

I do it regularly!
4 (12%)
I've done it once.
3 (9%)
I've Fantasized about it, and might do it.
1 (3%)
I've fantasized about it, but I'll never do it.
2 (6%)
I'm okay with it and I'll watch or participate.
2 (6%)
I'm okay, but I'd never watch.
0 (0%)
If you're okay with it, fine, but not for me.
5 (15%)
No. I don't think so.
16 (48%)

I'm not entirely sure how accurate the poll is compared to the email I got, but the difference isn't that far apart.
But I would not mind hearing from the those that might be inclined to participate.
Strictly to compare notes, of course.

The Fear of Being Outted

This article on CNN caught my attention on the kind of damage it could do.  There has been a few instance people being outted for a variety of reasons, some of which have been in cases that people have been careless in maintaining they anonymity.  Starfish is a good example, I haven't exactly been careful about it, but I'm working on it.  My advantage is that being in a city this size, you can get lost fairly easily.
There has been a positive side of being outted, but I think most of the bloggers that read this aren't exactly those that go into a Julia Child's fetish dream of some sort.

I'm merely reinforcing the fact that you need to be careful with who you decide to show your blog to.  This is to serve as an "outlet" of what you REALLY like or true beliefs.  Things could go bad if someone you don't intend to find out (relative, friend, employer, etc) find it and you could find yourself in the position of those mentioned above.

Just sayin', people.  Be careful.
